A Speer Memorial Library Card allows patrons access to all services in the library, including Internet access from Library computers, borrowing books, videos, CD's, and DVD's. Applications for a Library Card may be picked up at the circulation desk.

This card must be presented each time loans are made and must be available for verification of identity when certain services, facilities, and equipment are used in the library.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the Library facilities, materials, and services their minor children access and are responsible for payment of any fines or other valid charges incurred during/because of this use.

There are other requirements for specific services, such as Internet access. Before anyone uses the Internet through the Library, they must agree to our Internet Acceptable Use Policy.
