Welcome to the Speer Memorial Library

The Speer Memorial Library has recently expanded its facilities and services. The library now provides over 250 computers for public use and over 2,500 patrons have signed up for free Dial-Up Internet Access Service allowing access to the vast resources of the Internet from their homes or offices.
